CLEAN SKETCH is committed to MEMBER privacy. This privacy policy serves to help you, our members and fans, understand how your personal information, voluntarily given to CLEAN SKETCH upon sign up on cleansketch.com or otherwise, may be used. 

This Policy applies to the services offered by CLEAN SKETCH, including any CLEAN SKETCH - branded URL, the CLEAN SKETCH email, and any other features, content or applications offered from time to time by CLEAN SKETCH in connection with cleansketch.com (collectively, the "Services"). The CLEAN SKETCH Services are hosted in the United States.

From time to time we may modify this Policy to reflect industry initiatives or changes in the law, our collection and use of personal information, the features of the Services, or technology, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting by CLEAN SKETCH on cleansketch.com. Your continued use of the Services after we post a revised Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy. It is therefore important that you review this Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. If we materially change our practices regarding collection or use of your personal information, your personal information will continue to be governed by the Policy under which it was collected unless you have been provided notice of, and have not objected to, the change.

Exceptions to our Privacy Policy

Possible exceptions to our policy include the rare following circumstance and as indicated herein:

• If a governmental agency, or an attorney, subpoenas your private information or makes a formal request for discovery pursuant to any legal action or pending legal action.

• If our attorney requests such information relevant to a current or pending legal matter in which you are a potential or actual party or otherwise contributed in some way to the causation of the legal matter.

Collected Information  

When you register to use the Services offered on our Site you voluntarily give CLEAN SKETCH certain personal information, such as your name, street address, phone number, birth date and e-mail address, as well as in some cases financial qualification and billing information, including billing name and address, and credit card number.

CLEAN SKETCH uses the information that you voluntarily provide to us to set up and provide the Service for MEMBERS. We may also use the information to contact you to further discuss your interest in our events, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company sponsors or partners, such as promotions and events.  We will not distribute or share your email address or any other personal information with third parties, if you have elected to keep such information confidential.

Billing information that you provide to us through cleansketch.com will be used only to check our qualifications to bill for the Service. We will not use this billing information for marketing or promotional purposes. CLEAN SKETCH uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on cleansketch.com, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor do we share user information with these parties.

Collected Information from Children

We respect the privacy of children and do not collect any more personal information than reasonably necessary to enable them to participate in our Events and Services.

We collect the following types of personal information about children (under the age of 13) online: e-mail address; first and last name; home or physical address including street name and name of a town; telephone number; birth date; other identifier that permits physical or online contact; and an identifier such as a customer number held in a cookie, as well as the aforementioned information we request from all customers as described in this Policy.

In addition, we may from time to time collect information from children online about a child's sports, hobbies and sporting equipment and associate that information with one or more of the above identifiers.

Please note that parents may consent to the above collection and use without necessarily consenting to the disclosure of personal information to third parties.

We do not have any agreements with outside organizations to collect personal information at our Site. 

Use and Sharing of Children's Information  

The information we collect on children is used for fulfillment of a requested transaction; to respond to specific requests from children to register for and/or participate in events and activities such as competitions, contests or sweepstakes; subscription to an online newsletter; voting in polls or otherwise expressing an opinion and/or to tailor/customize their experience at our Site. We do not share children's personal information with anyone other than those who provide support for the internal operations of cleansketch.com and our agents (e.g., contractors who provide fulfillment services or technical support to CLEANSKETCH.COM.

All third parties with whom we share information have agreed to maintain security and integrity of personal information.

Parental Review  

Parents can review the information that we have collected from their children online, prevent the further use or maintenance of such information, or direct the deletion of their children's personal information by e-mailing us at the email address provided below.

Cookies  

When you interact with cleansketchs.com we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to cleansketch.com, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited cleansketch.com previously.

Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to CLEAN SKETCH by, for example, responding to a promotional offer or opening an account, you remain anonymous to CLEAN SKETCH. There are two types of Cookies: (i) session and (ii) persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during an online session. Third Party Cookies: we may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our website to help us administer cleansketch.com and improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behavior. Such cookies will not be used to associate individual website visitors to any personally identifiable information. All data collected by such third parties on behalf of CLEAN SKETCH is used only to provide us with information on site usage and is not shared with any other third parties.

cleansketch.com contains links to other web sites. CLEAN SKETCH is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. You will need to check the policy statement of these other web sites to understand their policies. When you access a linked site you may be disclosing their private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential. 

Opt-Out Policy 

CLEAN SKETCH offers you a means to choose how we may share your information. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with a third party, send us a request specifying your new choice. Simply send your request to: andrew@cleansketch.com. We will send you an email to let you know when the changes will take effect.
